Worship is central to us at First Lutheran. We gather together as a faith community on Sundays and Wednesdays to praise God, encounter the Word, lift our voices in song, confess our faith, and receive the Lord’s Supper.
At worship our faith is nourished and refreshed as we are sent out as God’s people, called to love and serve our neighbors in our everyday lives.
Regular in-person worship services are in the main sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday night services (Sept. – May) are at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel.
Worship services are also available online at www.mitchellfirstlutheran.org and available on channel 112 on the Mitchell Telecom cable system.
The Lord’s Supper is offered on the first and third Sundays (and Wednesdays) of each month. We believe that Christ is truly present in the bread and the wine offering love and forgiveness. All who believe this are welcome at the Lord’s table.
